As usual, Together Association for Development and Environment-TADE supports and believes in young people, TADE always encouraged youth to provide them job opportunities and start their projects to provide them a stable source of income to support and empower them economically and improve their living conditions.
With fund and effective support from Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprise Development Agency-MSME, and by a project Together to provide a sustainable job opportunity implemented in Ibshadat village in Mallawi city – Minya governorate at the headquarters of the Association for Development and Religious Care in Bani Khaled, an In-kind grant award ceremony has been held for the outstanding trainees after receiving administrative training courses about life skills and entrepreneurship, followed by technical training for sewing crafts, makeup artist, leatherwork, poultry, and foam shoemaking. The ceremony was attended by community and natural leaders from the village.
In addition, 15 young men and women who excelled in training were awarded in-kind grants represented in (modern sewing machines – cosmetics tools – animal feed – leather).
Coordination is underway with them to support them with coaching sessions for each project separately to contribute to raising their capacities and enabling them to manage their projects well also, giving 31 beneficiaries micro-loans.
Everyone in the village praised the role of TADE which trained youth administratively and technically on the previous handcrafts and support them until reaching the implementation of their small projects.
